Terraces and Verandas  
A very large brick flooring terrace , with table and chairs, is located in front of the main door. A nice Sardinian tiles mosaic, carved in the bricks, decorates the center of the terrace. All around hundreds of flowers and blooming bushes, are distributed accordingly to a specific hues growing intensity. This corner is probably the most charming area of the garden.

Hot/cold air conditioning (Daikin Perfera). Electronic safe box. Self-catering (full kitchenware). Double curtains. Under counter fridge with freezer compartment (height cm 81,5 – width cm 58 – depth. cm 60). 3 gas and 1 electric burners hob. No washing machine. No dishwasher. SAT TV with international channels (32″, 3 cm thick, wall fit up Samsung TV set). Outdoor furniture: wrought iron and ceramic table and chairs.

Description
It is the last apartment being built in the complex. It is small, but really cozy and romantic. It has 2 different false ceilings with 2 different colors of spotlights. At the interior there is a delicious semicircular wall all coated with antique fossil musk country stones. The apartment size is about 25 square meters. It has a lovely kitchenette, with the beautiful and famous hand-made “Vietri” tiles reproducing the old designs of the last century. The floor is hand-made. It is a replica of ancient wooden tiles. As you can see in the pictures also the nails, set in the tiles, are represented by antique wooden pins. I am definitely sure that you will fall in love with this unit. On the large terrace with table and chairs you can spend your relaxing moments in the open, and intensively perfumed air, among the greenery of the garden and the colors of the flowers.

Bordering on
On its left hand side the apartment borders with apartment # 2. On its right hand side the unit borders with apartment # 7. On the back and in the front no other properties are stuck to this unit. No other apartments are underneath. On top there is the unit # 3.
