Terraces and Verandas
1 Terrace. A partially slant sea view terrace overlooking the coast line. It is quite large and is located in front of the living room.

Hot/cold air conditioning in the 3 rooms (Daikin Perfera). Electronic safe box. Self-catering (full kitchenware). Double curtains. Under counter fridge with freezer compartment (height cm 81,5 – width cm 58 – depth. cm 60). 3 gas and 1 electric burners hob. No washing machine. No dishwasher. SAT TV with international channels (40″, 3 cm thick, wall fit up Samsung TV set). Outdoor furniture: wrought iron table and chairs.

Description
It lays on the ground floor. You enter directly onto the living room, with a sofa double bed and a kitchenette corner. The latter is characterized by a 6 centimeters thick pink granite cooking top layer rounded on its edges. The walls around this corner are tiled by lovely lozenges and small square tiles, handmade and hand painted with ancient designs by the prestigious “Richard Ginori” ceramics factory. The area underneath the cook top is protected by hand made solid and heavy wood doors. Through a large sliding door, equipped with full shatterproof glasses, you step onto a wide terrace, furnished with table and chairs, whose area extends till the neighbors property boundary. This unit has a slant view to the sea which means that, glancing in front of the living room /terrace, you have to slightly turn your head to the right, to spot the magnificent turquoise colors of the coast line and the flat Molara island. From the living room, you open a door to have access to a small shunting area room. From here you reach the two bedrooms and the bathroom (with shower). One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the second one has two twin beds, especially designed to be united to shape a comfortable double bed also in this room. The living room lodges a wide false ceiling furnished with several dichroic down lights edged by soft pink Venice glasses. The ceiling lamps are fitted with 100 watts halogen bulbs. As soon as you open the main door you will find, on your right hand side, a pantry/sculpture which gives a marked personality to the environment. It is turned of 45 degrees in respect to the living room walls in order to gather the maximum amount of exterior light. One of its sides is intentionally “cracked” to vertically house a remarkable number of ancient stones, characterized by fossilized antique lichens marks. A dark silver spot yellow light, with oriented flaps, gives a specific relief to this antique stone morphology. All around the apartment you have soft colored lights which shed a comfortable feeling. Pleasant luminous effects have also been organized in the bedrooms all around the new cupboard structures. The latter are supplied with heavy wood sliding doors and are drowned in unusual shapes. For instance in the second bedroom the pantry has different vertical volumes and a top projection with tiny blue lights. In the main bedroom, on the corners of the bed sides, two thick and large handmade pink granite layers have been placed to be used as comfortable bedside tables. On top of these two planes a false ceiling houses, once again, down lights with dichroic bulbs. On top of this false ceiling low power bulbs have been hidden in order to suffuse a delicate orange “sensation”.

Bordering on
On its left hand side the apartment borders with the lower bedroom of apartment # 4. On its right hand side the unit borders with apartment # 9. On the back and in the front no other properties are stuck to this unit. No other apartments are underneath. On top there is the unit # 5.
