The nearest one is at 1.500 metres. You can visit the most spectacular sandy tropical beaches of Sardinia in 5-15 minutes’ drive. Some of them are equipped.
How far is L’Ea di Lavru from the nearest supermarket? And from all the other facilities?
The nearest supermarket is about 500 metres away. Others, further away, can be reached by car in 5 minutes. In the surrounding area there are restaurants and various services such as a bank, photographer, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, various bars and ice cream shops, etc…
How far away is Olbia and how long would it take to drive from the airport to the apartments?
From Olbia airport to L’Ea di Lavru it takes 15 minutes drive on the road SS125.
How far away is Alghero and how long would it take to drive from the airport to the apartments?
From Alghero airport to L’Ea di Lavru it takes 1 hour and a half driving along an easy road in a beautiful country landscape.
Is it very crowded in the high season?
The complex, even in the peak season, is very quiet and our guests are very tactful.
Is there a swimming-pool at L’Ea di Lavru?
We chose not to build a swimming-pool to keep the place quiet. Sardinian sea is one of the most beautiful sea of the world: why swimming in chlorine water, having such a natural paradise pool nearby?
Are there local parking areas?
Approximately 6 non-reservable parking spaces are available in the complex. However, it is possible to park easily within a few metres outside the property. There is little local traffic on the road: plenty of safety for parked cars and plenty of surrounding space. As far as local beaches are concerned, almost all of them have parking facilities, most of which you have to pay for.
Is the kitchenette fully equipped? Gas or electrical cooking rings?
In the kitchenette there is a hob with four cooking rings (three gas and one electric), one or two sinks (please check the flat plans on our website) and an under-sink refrigerator with a small freezer compartment.
Is there a washing machine and dishwasher?
No.
Is there hot/cold air conditioning in the apartments?
Yes, in every room of every apartment there is hot/cold air conditioning. Suitable for the winter or the summer season.
Are any chairs, tables provided for sitting or enjoying meals outside?
Yes, tables and chairs are in all the terraces.
Do you accept credit cards?
Credit cards of the Visa and Mastercard circuit are accepted, but only and exclusively for services to be paid on site. The security deposit, on the other hand, must necessarily be paid in cash and will be returned at the end of the rental period.

What about the payment conditions?
Once the booking has been confirmed we send to our guests the “Booking Instructions”, with all the details to perform the down payment through bank transfer. The booking procedure is clear and transparent.
How much would be renting a car? Any suggestion for a car rental Company?
We have a special agreement with a local car rental Company. All the information will be sent together with the “Booking Instructions”.
Would be interested in the horse riding – sailing – dinghies- Any idea of costs? Would these facilities be close by?
