Distribution
On two levels. Two bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 Kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 sheltered veranda, 1 small balcony, 1 small terrace. On the first level: one bedroom with 2 single beds which can be united (to shape a comfortable double bed) plus 2 extra pull-out single beds. In the living room:1 double sofa bed and one kitchenette corner. On the same level there is one bathroom with shower, a sheltered veranda and a small balcony. On the lower level: one bedroom with double bed and a small terrace with a little garden.

Terraces and Verandas
1 Balcony + 1 small terrace + 1 Veranda. A sea front balcony sweeping the gulf belongs to the first bedroom. A large sheltered veranda, furnished with table and chairs, lays next to the main front door. A staircase leads you down to a small terrace placed just outside the second bedroom. From the first bedroom and the living room you have one of the most fascinating views of the complex. Tavolara island is magically outstanding among the blue hues of the gulf.

Hot/cold air conditioning in the 3 rooms (Daikin Perfera). Electronic safe box. Self-catering (full kitchenware). Double curtains. Under counter fridge with freezer compartment (height cm 81,5 – width cm 58 – depth. cm 60). Four rings gas hob. No washing machine. No dishwasher. SAT TV with international channels (40″, 3 cm thick, wall fit up Samsung TV set.). Outdoor furniture: wrought iron and solid wood table and chairs.

View
Sea view: from the living room and from the first level bedroom you can enjoy the astonishing view of Tavolara island, which stands out in the middle of Porto San Paolo gulf. Garden view: from both bedrooms and from the veranda.

Description
A lovely veranda is situated on the right side of the main entrance door. It is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs and opens onto the gardens towards the flowerbeds of the complex. The apartment follows the terrain orography and it is distributed on two levels. Climbing a few steps you enter directly onto the small living/dining room, where you find a sofa double bed plus interior furniture. After crossing the front door you are welcomed by a false ceiling where a consistent number of dichroic down lights, delightfully edged by pink Venice glasses, have been fitted in. More precious design lamps, with 100 watts halogen luminescence, are distributed along the ceiling and on the walls, in specific points of the whole apartment. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, a small kitchenette corner, a large panoramic window, facing the sea side, and a huge vertical pantry (the floor of this latter is signed by the famous Italian stylist Valentino). On the same floor you find a bedroom, whose sloping ceiling is 4,5 meters high. There are 2 single beds, designed to be also united to become a comfortable double bed, plus two extra pull-out single beds. This room has a nice balcony, from where the view flows astonished along the turquoise waters of the gulf. On the same floor a beautiful bathroom with shower, coated with the precious “Cerasarda” craquelé tiles, is available. On the front door right side a small play of false ceilings circumscribes a full glass door, furnished with an antique brass knob. On the left hand side of the glass door your attention will be attracted by a small bench made of chiseled granite kept in place by lichens veined stones. By opening the glass door you can step down the second bedroom through a characteristic spiral staircase made of Sardinian veined marble. In this room, where there is a double bed, it is worth of notice the typical floor made by these special tiles with antique Sardinian graffiti drawings. A large sliding door, equipped with full shatterproof glasses, allows you to pass onto a small terrace facing a little garden. From this point you can climb, through an outside staircase, that turns around the building, directly to the front door and to the veranda.

Bordering on
On its left hand side no contiguous properties. On the right hand side the apartment borders with the unit # 5. In front and behind the apartment has no adjoining structures. No other units are above, while the apartment # 8 partially slides underneath.
