Distribution
On one level at ground floor. In the large living/bed room there are a double bed and 2 arm-chairs which can be converted into two comfortable twin beds. There is a large kitchenette corner, one bathroom with shower and an extended terrace.

Terraces and Verandas
A large terrace, which offers a view of 270 degrees around the apartment, ranges from the astonishing image of Tavolara island till the green valley and the hills on the back of the resort.

Equipment
Hot/cold air conditioning (Daikin Perfera). Electronic safe box. Self-catering (full kitchenware). Double curtains. Under counter fridge with freezer compartment (height cm 81,5 – width cm 58 – depth. cm 60). 3 gas and 1 electric burners hob. No washing machine. No dishwasher. SAT TV with international channels (40″, 3 cm thick, wall fit up Samsung TV set). Outdoor furniture: wrought iron and solid wood table and chairs.

Description
It is a charming apartment with a huge terrace overlooking the marvelous panorama of the gulf and of the surrounding green countryside. The interiors of this unit have been completely renovated. It consists of two different, but not separated, living areas. The lovely wood ceiling is 4.5 meters high and weathered on two sides. In the recent improvement works a lowered beautiful false ceiling has been strategically placed between the two above mentioned areas. This architectural performance creates a refined symmetry, balancing the volumes of the two adjacent spaces. Several dichroic down lights, edged by pink Venice glasses have been fitted in all over the false ceiling. Their light power is regulated by useful dimmers. On top of the false ceiling a large bunch of indigo hydrangeas and an overspread orange lighting give rise to an intriguing and magic atmosphere. The sleeping area has a comfortable wooden double bed with two designed lateral side bed tables. In addition it is provided with two arm-chairs convertible in two twin single beds. To emphasize the specific functions of the two contiguous areas of the apartment a mosaic of stones, marked by ancient lichens, has been set between two different brickworks. The first one is a service pantry for the kitchen area while the second one is a comfortable cupboard for the sleeping area. In the bathroom a full mirror wall lays on a thick granite layer with a built in washbasin. The bright kitchenette corner, whose walls are tiled with characteristic lozenges and small square tiles, handmade and hand painted with ancient designs by the prestigious “Richard Ginori” ceramics factory, is furnished with table and chairs. This corner opens onto the large panoramic terrace through a glass door.

Bordering on
This apartment is like a little villa. It has neither adjoined structures on any side of its walls nor other apartments on top. Only one apartment slides underneath its terrace, but with a total privacy.
